PCCDF Programme equips a person to become a career development specialist who can play a ROLE in

• Instruction – training and teaching the client specific knowledge, skills, or behaviors to meet career needs or goals.
  
• Facilitation – guiding, supporting, and coming alongside a client on his/her journey of dealing with any career issue through specific helping / communication skills.
  
• Case / Programme Management – monitoring and assuring the services provided for clients are properly and ethically followed through
